Educational Uses. Grantee may engage in educational use of the Easement Area and the right of access to the Easement Area for such purposes including, but not limited to, engaging in organized educational activities.
Educational Uses. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Sponsor acknowledges that (i) during the Project, University students participating in the Project (the “Students”) will share information about the Project with University faculty and staff and Project mentors and (ii) at the conclusion of the Project, Students will be expected to present an overview of the Project to University faculty, staff, mentors and other students. Such a presentation may include, without limitation, a description of the approach the Student took to the Project task and an overview of the Project’s problem-to-be-solved. Subject to the review requirement in the Student Agreement and Acknowledgment executed by each Student and the Sponsor, disclosure of Confidential Information pursuant to this paragraph 6 shall not be a breach of this MCDA.

  • Educational Program A. DSST PUBLIC SCHOOLS shall implement and maintain the following characteristics of its educational program in addition to those identified in the Network Contract at DSST ▇▇▇▇ MIDDLE SCHOOL (“the School” within Exhibit A-3). These characteristics are subject to modification with the District’s written approval:

  • Educational Services Any service or supply for education, training or retraining services or testing including: special education, remedial education; cognitive remediation; wilderness/outdoor treatment, therapy or adventure programs (whether or not the program is part of a Residential Treatment facility or otherwise licensed institution); job training or job hardening programs; educational services and schooling or any such related or similar program including therapeutic programs within a school setting.

  • Training and Education SECTION 1 – Law Enforcement Supervisors’ Training

  • Educational Assistants Have a current Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential™, coursework for a certificate that meets the requirements for CDA Credential™ preparation, or is enrolled in and working toward completing a program that prepares the individual to obtain the CDA Credential™ (Act 210, Section 4, SLH 2021 per new section identified as HRS § 302D-39);

  • Procurement Planning Prior to the issuance of any invitations to bid for contracts, the proposed procurement plan for the Project shall be furnished to the Association for its review and approval, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines. Procurement of all goods and works shall be undertaken in accordance with such procurement plan as shall have been approved by the Association, and with the provisions of said paragraph 1.
