Effect of a Record of Delivery. The delivery by the Lessee to the Lessor of the Record of Delivery shall constitute conclusive evidence of the delivery to, and acceptance by, the Lessee under this Finance Lease of the items of the Leased Yacht to which that Record of Delivery relates.
