Terms of Delivery means the terms of the delivery set out in Clause 14.7.1, Part 2j of Schedule 1 and Part (7) of the relevant Statement of Work.

  • Point(s) of Delivery means the point(s) on the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System where capacity and energy transmitted by the Transmission Provider will be made available to the Receiving Party under Tariff, Part II.
