Point(s) of Delivery means the point(s) on the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System where capacity and energy transmitted by the Transmission Provider will be made available to the Receiving Party under Tariff, Part II. The Point(s) of Delivery shall be specified in the Service Agreement for Long-Term Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service.
address of delivery means the address of the recipient of goods or services or both indicated on the tax invoice issued by a registered person for delivery of such goods or services or both;
Time of Delivery shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2(c).
Date of Delivery means the date stipulated in the contract for the delivery of the goods.
Point of Delivery , or “POD” means the point at which electrical energy is transferred from a transmission facility owner’s Transmission Facility to a distribution system and where the electric energy so transferred is measured;
Voltage of Delivery means the voltage at which the Electricity generated by the Project is required to be delivered at 11 / 22 kV level substation of MSEDCL.
Delivery Terms as defined in Section 10.1;
Place(s) of Delivery means the location(s) or place(s) where the Goods are to be delivered, as specified in the ‘SHIP TO’ named field of the IITK Purchase Order.
Place of Delivery means the place of delivery at which the supplier is responsible to deliver the material at the contract price as specified in the clause “Material- Specification: Price etc.
Delivery Notice Has the meaning specified in the NPA.
The Purchase Order means the order placed by the Purchaser on the Supplier signed by the Purchaser including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. The purchase order shall be deemed as "Contract" appearing in the document.
Purchase Price and Terms Letter With respect to each purchase of a Mortgage Loan Package hereunder, that certain letter agreement setting forth the general terms and conditions of such transaction consummated herein and identifying the Mortgage Loans to be purchased hereunder, by and between the Company and the Purchaser. Purchaser: Xxxxxx Brothers Bank, FSB or its successor in interest or any successor to the Purchaser under this Agreement as herein provided.

If property is tenant occupied, the property will be sold subject to the existing tenant in dwelling. Broker Participation Invited: A 2.5% buyer broker commission, before the inclusion of the Buyer’s Premium, will be paid to brokers who represent a purchaser on any auction property. The Buyer’s Premium is based on only the Bid Price of each auction sale. In order to be paid a commission, the buyer broker must do the following: ►Register clients at least 48 hours prior to auction on xxx.XxxxxxxXxxxxxx.xxx ►Accompany client to auction sale ►Review the “terms and conditions of sale” with each client you represent Each step must be completed. Blanket Issuer Letter of Representations means the Blanket Issuer Letter of Representations between the City, the Registrar and DTC.
