Effect of Confirmation Statement. Subject to clause 8.2 the Generator shall use the Final Confirmation Statement and Final Annual Confirmation Statement (or pending resolution of any outstanding disputes, the Confirmation Statement or Annual Confirmation Statement (as the case may be) to the extent that it is not in dispute) to prepare the invoices and credit notes required by clause 8.
Effect of Confirmation Statement. Subject to paragraph 2.2 below the Service Provider shall use the Final Confirmation Statement (or pending resolution of any outstanding disputes, the Confirmation Statement to the extent that it is not in dispute) to prepare the invoices and credit notes required by paragraph 2 below.
Effect of Confirmation Statement. The Final Confirmation Statement (or pending resolution of any outstanding disputes, the Confirmation Statement) shall be used by the Generator to prepare Payment Invoices/Credit Notes as required by Section 19.
