Annual Confirmation definition
Annual Confirmation means for each Agreed Annual Work Plan, the Association’s written confirmation of: (i) its agreement with such Agreed Annual Work Plan; and (ii) the percentage and amount of the Eligible Expenditures under the Agreed Annual Work Plan which may be financed out of the proceeds of the Financing.

Examples of Annual Confirmation in a sentence
The purpose of this Annex 3 is to provide the Lead Collaborator with a template of the Annual Confirmation Form that will need to be completed and submitted to UK Biobank on an annual basis (the annual anniversary of the Effective Date).
Specifically, the Lead Collaborator shall provide UK Biobank with such confirmation as part of the Annual Confirmation Form in the form attached at Annex 3.
If the Annual Confirmation Form is still outstanding, notwithstanding reminders from UK Biobank, 3 months after the relevant anniversary of the Effective Date, then UK Biobank has the right to terminate this MTA by giving the Collaborator written notice of termination and/or prevent the Collaborator Institution (or Lead Collaborator) from applying for or accessing any further Materials from UK Biobank.

This Agreement and any Annual Confirmation shall be in all respects governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA without regard to the conflicts of laws principles of England.
