EFFECT OF LAWS AND RULES. Section 1. This Agreement is subject to all applicable existing and future laws of the State of Oregon. In the event of a conflict between a provision of this Agreement and a rule or regulation of the Department of Administrative Services or any of its Divisions, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.
