Common use of Effect of Laws, Rules and Regulations Clause in Contracts

Effect of Laws, Rules and Regulations. The parties recognize that all employees covered by this Agreement shall perform the services and duties prescribed by the School Board and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, and by School Board rules, regulations, directives and orders issued by properly designated officials of the School District, insofar as such rules, regulations, directives and orders are not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement, and recognizes that the School Board, all employees covered by this Agreement, and all provisions of this Agreement are subject to the laws of the State.

School Board rules, regulations, directives and orders directions issued by properly designated officials of the School Districtschool district will also be followed, insofar as such rules, regulations, directives and orders are providing they do not inconsistent conflict with the terms of this Agreement, and recognizes that the School Board, all employees covered by this Agreement, and all provisions of this Agreement are subject to the laws of the Statecontract.

The School Board and/or its designated officials has the rights, insofar as such obligations and duty to develop or apply rules, regulations, policies, directives and orders from time-to-time as deemed necessary, provided they are not inconsistent consistent with the terms of this Agreement, and recognizes that the School Board, all employees covered by this Agreement, and all provisions of this Agreement are subject to the laws of the Stateemployment agreement.

The parties recognize that all All service employees covered by this Agreement shall perform the nonteaching services and duties prescribed by the School Board and shall be governed by the laws of the State state of Minnesota, and by School Board rules, regulations, directives and orders issued by properly designated officials of the School District, insofar as such rules, regulations, directives and orders are not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement, and recognizes that the School Board, all employees covered by this Agreement, and all provisions of this Agreement are subject to the laws of the Statefederal laws.
