School Board Responsibilities. The exclusive representative recognizes the right and obligation of the School Board to efficiently manage and conduct the operation of the School District within its legal limitations and with its primary obligation to provide educational opportunities for the students of the School District.
School Board Responsibilities. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, the determination and administration of school policy, the operation and management of the schools and the direction of employees are vested exclusively in the Board of Education.

The Board shall have the sole right, except as expressly provided in this Agreement, to direct and control all district operations, to direct the work force and hire employees when needed to transfer or relieve employees from duty because of the lack of work or other legitimate reasons, and, in accordance with its operations requirements, to establish change or introduce new or improved methods, standards or facilities.

School Board Responsibilities a. The School Board shall set the hours of service for each SRO per location listed in Exhibit “A” to comply with the ACT.
School Board Responsibilities. The laws of the State of Minnesota have vested in the School Board the full authority and power to manage, control and direct the operation of the school district and to adopt, modify, or repeal policies, rules and regulations for the school district. All such authority and power of the School Board shall continue unimpaired, except as limited by the specific provisions of this Contract.

School Board will provide the names and information pertaining to relevant education and training for all Students enrolled in the clinical education program within a reasonable time before the beginning date of the clinical education program. School Board is responsible for supplying any additional information required by Facility as set forth in this Agreement, prior to the arrival of Students. School Board will notify Facility in writing of any change or proposed change in a Student’s status.
