Effect of requisite adaptations. Requisite adaptations established either: by agreement of the parties and in respect of which XXX has given a notice of consent to requisite adaptations under paragraph 3.4; or by the determination of XXX under paragraph 3.5 or 3.6 and stated in a notice of determined requisite adaptations, shall have effect from such date as XXX states in the relevant notice of consent to requisite adaptations or (as the case may be) the relevant notice of determined requisite adaptations.
