Effect of Review by Buyer. Any review by Buyer of the design, construction, engineering, operation or maintenance of the Facility is solely for the information of Buyer. Buyer shall have no obligation to share the results of any such review with Seller, nor shall any such review or the results thereof (whether or not the results are shared with Seller) nor any failure to conduct any such review relieve Seller from any of its obligations under this Agreement.
