Scheduled Outage. 7.2.1 In line with the provisions of the Grid Code, as amended from time to time, the TSP shall provide its annual outage plan, and shall be governed by the decisions of the RPC in this regard.
Scheduled Outage. An outage at the Facility which is scheduled in advance for the purpose of performing maintenance on the Facility.
Scheduled Outage. Seller shall provide, or cause to be provided, to TVA a scheduled outage schedule for Project Maintenance no later than thirty (30) calendar days before the Initial Delivery Date for the period from such date through the end of the first Delivery Period. Seller shall submit to TVA a scheduled outage schedule no later than thirty (30) calendar days before each Delivery Period after the first Delivery Period that covers scheduled outages for such subsequent Delivery Period. To the extent practicable, scheduled outages should be scheduled during the Months of October, November, March, and April.
Scheduled Outage. (a) Buyers’ Agent and Seller shall cooperate to minimize Scheduled Outages during specified periods of time during each calendar year in accordance with Prudent Utility Practices and this Section 4.4 (such periods, the “Major Maintenance Blockout”); provided that the Major Maintenance Blockout during any calendar year shall not exceed eighty-four (84) days, which number shall be prorated (i) for the calendar year during which the Commercial Operation Date occurs, based on the number of days remaining in such calendar year as of the Commercial Operation Date, and (ii) for the calendar year during which the Delivery Term expires or terminates, based on the number of days occurring in such calendar year before such expiration or termination date. No later than thirty (30) days prior to the anticipated Commercial Operation Date and the commencement of each calendar year thereafter, Buyers’ Agent shall provide Seller with the specified Major Maintenance Blockout. In the absence of such updated notification, the most recent previous Major Maintenance Blockout notification shall apply. Seller shall attempt to minimize its Scheduled Outages during the Major Maintenance Blockout consistent with Prudent Utility Practices; provided that Seller shall be permitted to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on the Facility during Major Maintenance Blockouts during such hours when solar irradiance levels are insufficient to permit the production of Energy, if such maintenance is permitted under the CAISO Tariff and conducted in accordance with all applicable Requirements (including, for avoidance of doubt, the requirements of the Transmission Provider). No later than thirty (30) days prior to the anticipated Commercial Operation Date, and for each calendar year thereafter, no later than the deadline for providing the CAISO with proposed maintenance outages for the following year as described in the CAISO Tariff, Seller shall provide each Scheduler with its non-binding written projection of all Scheduled Outages for the succeeding calendar year (the “Scheduled Outage Projection”) reflecting a minimized schedule of scheduled maintenance during the Major Maintenance Blockout. In addition, Seller shall cooperate in good faith with maintenance scheduling requests by Buyers’ Agent consistent with Prudent Utility Practices. The Scheduled Outage Projection shall include information concerning all projected Scheduled Outages during such period, including (A) the anticipated...
Scheduled Outage. On or before December 15 prior to each calendar year, Seller shall submit a written proposal of Scheduled Outages for the upcoming calendar year. Such written proposal of Scheduled Outages shall contain the number of hours in each calendar month where the Facility is expected to be on Scheduled Outage. Seller may update the annual Scheduled Outages proposal periodically; provided, however, that Seller shall not change Scheduled Outages for the current or following two (2) calendar months without the written consent of Avista. Avista and Seller shall mutually agree as to the acceptability of the proposal and any updates or changes to the proposal. The Parties’ determination as to the acceptability of Seller’s timetable for Scheduled Outages shall take into consideration Prudent Utility Practices, Avista’s system requirements, and Seller’s preferred schedule. Neither Party shall unreasonably withhold acceptance of the proposed Scheduled Outages. The Parties shall cooperate in determining mutually acceptable times for Scheduled Outages.
Scheduled Outage. The Seller shall not undertake Scheduled Outages in the Months of [May, June, July, August]. The Seller shall consult the [Purchaser][Grid System Operator] before developing the Scheduled Outage programme and shall carry out Scheduled Outage in accordance with the Scheduled Outage programme approved by the [Purchaser][Grid System Operator]. To the extent possible, the Scheduled Outages of individual WTGs shall be phased for minimising the reduction in the total available generation capacity of the Complex.
Scheduled Outage. “Scheduled Outage” shall mean any temporary cessation of operations that is planned and controlled by the Party initiating the Scheduled Outage. The City understands that the optimal time for the City’s Scheduled Outages of the Plant, Control Building or Reclaimed Supply Lines in regards to heating and cooling loads for NIC is generally in the spring or fall. Where practical, allowable and lawful, the City will use reasonable efforts to schedule the City’s Scheduled Outages of the Plant, Control Building or Reclaimed Supply Lines to be in the spring and fall. If City initiates a Scheduled Outage of the Plant or any subsystems within the Plant, Control Building or Reclaimed Supply Lines that relate to Reclaimed Water delivery, any obligation that City may have to supply Reclaimed Water shall be suspended during such Scheduled Outage. If the University initiates a Scheduled Outage of the Renewable Energy System, any obligation that City may have to supply Reclaimed Water shall be suspended during such Scheduled Outage.
Scheduled Outage. A planned interruption of the Solar PV Plant’s generating capability or any material part thereof that has been scheduled by the Producer in consultation with the Purchaser for inspection, testing, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, repairs, replacement or improvement of the Solar PV Plant or any material part thereof.
Scheduled Outage. Not Used.
Scheduled Outage. 14.1 Producer shall provide a timetable for Scheduled Outages for the Generator for the first year of operation at least thirty (30) days prior to the Commissioning Date. Thereafter, Producer shall submit to the Purchaser annual Scheduled Outages no later than October 1 of each year that cover the twelve (12) month period starting January 1 and ending December 31 and a forecast of long-term Scheduled Outages that will encompass the immediately ensuing four (4) maintenance years. Each Scheduled Outage shall be in compliance with restrictions outlined in Article 14.2. The Purchaser shall provide written notice of any reasonable objections to the proposed annual Scheduled Outages within ten (10) Business Days of receipt thereof, and failure to so object shall be deemed approval of the annual Scheduled Outages. Producer shall furnish the Purchaser with reasonable advance notice of any change in the annual Scheduled Outages. Reasonable advance notice of any change in the annual Scheduled Outages involving any shutdown of the entire Generator is as follows: Scheduled Outage Expected Duration Advance Notice to the Purchaser
