Effect of subcontracting Sample Clauses

Effect of subcontracting. The entry by the Supplier into a subcontract will not relieve the Supplier from liability for the performance of any obligations under this Agreement. The Supplier is liable to HBDHB for the acts and omissions of each of its Subcontractors (including each Subcontractor's Personnel) as if they were acts or omissions of the Supplier.

Effect of subcontracting. The entry by the Consultant into a subcontract will not relieve the Consultant from liability for the performance of any of its obligations under this agreement. The Consultant will be fully liable to the Company for the acts and omissions of each of its subcontractors as if they were acts or omissions of the Consultant.

The Contractor is responsible for its subcontractors in the same manner and to the same effect as if the whole of the Services were performed solely by the Contractor and its own personnel and the Contractor shall ensure each subcontractor carries out the obligations of the Contractor under this Agreement as though “Contractor” were read as “Subcontractor”.
