EFFECT OF TERMINATION OF SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE. On termination orexpiration of the Subscription Service, Customer will stop accessing and using, and ServiceNow will stop providing, the Subscription Service and all related rights granted to Customer in this Agreement will terminate immediately, automatically, and without notice. Customer, within 30 days after the effective date of termination by Customer for ServiceNow’s breach, submit to Reseller a claim for refund for any prepaid fees paid to Reseller covering that part of the Subscription Term for the affected Subscription Service, if any, remaining after the effective date of termination. Within 30 days after the effective date of termination by ServiceNow for Customer’s breach, Customer shall pay all remaining amounts for the Subscription Term applicable to the Subscription Service covering the remainder of the Subscription Term regardless of the due dates specified in an applicable ordering document between Reseller and Customer.

11.1.1. サブスクリプション・サービス終了の効果 サブスクリプション・サービスが終了または満了した場合、顧客はアクセスおよび利用を止め、ServiceNowは、終了したサブスクリプション・サービスを提供することを止め、本契約において顧客に付与されたすべての関連する権利は、直ちに、自動的に、通知をすることなく、終了するものとします。サブスクリプション・サービスが ServiceNow の違反を理由として顧客により解除された場合、顧客は、終了の効果発生日から 30 日以内に、終了の効果発生日後残存する期間がある場合には、影響をうけたサブスクリプション・サービスの加入期間のその部分のために前払いされた加入料金の払い戻しを求める請求をリセラーに提出するものとします。サブスクリプション・サービスが顧客の違反を理由として ServiceNow により解除された場合、終了の効果発生日から 30 日以内に、顧客は、リセラーおよび顧客の間に適用される注文書に記載された日付にかかわらず、対応するサブスクリプション・サービスの加入残存期間のための料金を支払うものとします。

Upon termination of the Subscription Service for any reason, Customer shall stop using, and POWERSTACKS shall stop providing, the Subscription Service and all rights granted to Customer in this Agreement shall terminate. If the Subscription Service is terminated by Customer due to POWERSTACKS’s breach, then Customer may submit to POWERSTACKS a claim for refund of all prepaid fees for the remaining portion of the Subscription Term for the terminated Subscription Service after the effective date of termination. Within thirty (30) days following the effective date of a termination by POWERSTACKS for Customer’s breach, Customer shall pay all remaining amounts for the Subscription Term applicable to the Subscription Service covering the remainder of the Subscription Term regardless of the due dates specified in POWERSTACKS’s order form to Customer.
EFFECT OF TERMINATION OF SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE. On termination or expiration of the Subscription Service, Customer will stop accessing and using, and Kensu will stop providing, the Subscription Service and all related rights granted to Customer in this Agreement will terminate immediately, automatically, and without notice. Customer, within 30 days after the effective date of termination by Customer for Kensu’s breach, submit to Reseller a claim for refund for any prepaid fees paid to Reseller covering that part of the Subscription Term for the affected Subscription Service, if any, remaining after the effective date of termination. Within 30 days after the effective date of termination by Kensu for Customer’s breach, Customer shall pay all remaining amounts for the Subscription Term applicable to the Subscription Service covering the remainder of the Subscription Term regardless of the due dates specified in an applicable ordering document between Reseller and Customer.

EFFECT OF TERMINATION OF SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE. On RETURN OF SUBSCRIBER DATA. After termination or expiration of the Subscription Service, upon Subscriber’s written request, LeapPoint will provide any Subscriber Data in the Subscription Service to Subscriber in LeapPoint’s standard database export format at no additional charge. Subscriber must submit such request to LeapPoint within 45 days after termination or expiration of the Subscription Service. LeapPoint is not obligated to maintain or provide any Subscriber Data after such 45-day period and will, unless legally prohibited, delete all Subscriber Data in its systems or otherwise in its possession or under its control, and delete Subscriber’s instances of the Subscription Service.
EFFECT OF TERMINATION OF SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE. On termination or expiration of the Subscription Service, Customer will stop accessing and using, and 4Industry will stop providing the Subscription Service and all related rights granted to Customer in the Agreement will terminate immediately, automatically, and without notice. 4Industry will, within 30 days after the effective date of termination by Customer for 4Industry’s breach, refund to Customer any prepaid fees received by 4Industry covering that part of the Subscription Term for the affected Subscription Service, if any, remaining after the effective date of termination. Within 30 days after the effective date of termination by 4Industry for Customer’s breach, Customer will pay all remaining amounts, if any, payable under the Agreement for the Subscription Term applicable to the terminated Subscription Service regardless of the due dates specified in the Order Form.
EFFECT OF TERMINATION OF SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE. Upon termination of the Subscription Service for any reason, Customer shall stop using, and CDIMS shall stop providing, the Subscription Service and all rights granted to Customer in this Agreement shall terminate. CDIMS shall within thirty (30) days following the effective date of a termination by Customer for CDIMS’s breach refund to Customer all prepaid fees received by CDIMS covering the remaining portion of the Subscription Term for the affected Subscription Service after the date of the termination. Within thirty (30) days following the effective date of a termination by CDIMS for Customer’s breach, Customer shall pay all remaining amounts (if any) payable under this Agreement for the Subscription Term applicable to the terminated Subscription Service regardless of the due dates specified in the Order Form.
