Effect of termination on prior Cardholder transactions. The termination of this Agreement does not affect the rights, liabilities or obligations of the parties with respect to Cardholder transactions entered into before the effective date of the termination. Upon the effective date of termination, your rights under this Agreement cease, but your obligations in connection with Program Materials, Applications, Sales Slips, Credit Slips and Accounts, including, without limitation, your Inquiry, Dispute, Chargeback, purchase, and indemnity obligations, shall survive such termination. During the period between the giving of a termination notice and the effective date of termination, you must cooperate in good faith to maintain levels of service as outlined in this Agreement to provide for an orderly termination.
