EFFECT OF THE LOSS OF CUNY STUDENT STATUS. Where an appointment letter makes a position contingent on the maintenance of graduate student status, suspension or loss of stu- dent status shall constitute just cause for the Foundation’s suspen- sion or termination of such employee.
