Effect on Computation of Benefits. Any reimbursement of expenses payable under this Agreement shall not be deemed salary or other compensation to Employee for purposes of computing benefits to which Employee may be entitled under any 401(k) plan, bonus, deferred compensation plan, or other arrangement of Employer for the benefit of its employees.
