EFFECTIVE AND EXPIRY DATES. This Agreement shall be effective from April 1, 2019, and shall remain in force and be binding upon the parties until the expiry date of March 31, 2022, and thereafter from year to year subject to the right of either party to give written notice to the other party pursuant to Section 47 of the Labour Relations Code of British Columbia. The Agreement shall remain in force during negotiations until a new Agreement comes into effect. All changes to the collective agreement shall be effective on the first pay period following ratification unless otherwise specified in the settlement.
