Effective Date and Dollar Threshold for federal Reporting. 7.1. Reporting requirements in §8 below apply to new Awards as of October 1, 2010, if the initial award is $30,000 or more. If the initial Award is below $30,000 but subsequent Award modifications result in a total Award of $30,000 or more, the Award is subject to the reporting requirements as of the date the Award exceeds $30,000. If the initial Award is $30,000 or more, but funding is subsequently de-obligated such that the total award amount falls below $30,000, the Award shall continue to be subject to the reporting requirements. If the total award is below $30,000 no reporting required; if more than $30,000 and less than $50,000 then FFATA reporting is required; and, $50,000 and above SLFRF reporting is required.
