Effective Date - Notice to Employees - Federal/State Law a. The policies set forth in this Substance Abuse Policy shall be effective July 1, 1992. Each present employee will be furnished a copy of this Policy and will sign a receipt for the same. Employees hired in the future will be furnished a copy of said Policy.
