Effective Date of Enrollment. 2.4.5.1 Initial Enrollment of Current TennCare Enrollees The effective date of initial enrollment in an MCO for TennCare enrollees who are enrolled in accordance with Section 2.4.4.2 shall be the date provided on the enrollment file from TENNCARE. In general, the effective date of enrollment for these enrollees will be the start date of operations.
