Common use of Effective Dates of Adjustment Clause in Contracts

Effective Dates of Adjustment. Each eligible employee covered by this Agreement shall receive cost-of-living adjustments, upward, in accordance with the formula in Section 3.C, below, effective on the fol- lowing dates: - the second full pay period after the release of the July 2016 Index - the second full pay period after the release of the January 2017 Index - the second full pay period after the release of the July 2017 Index - the second full pay period after the release of the January 2018 Index - the second full pay period after the release of the July 2018 Index - the second full pay period after the release of the January 2019 Index - the second full pay period after the release of the July 2019 Index
