Effective June 12, 2023. (a) Regular full and part time employees shall be eligible for a Health Spending Account (HSA) if they are an active member of the Benefits Plans on the annual eligibility date (last day of the pay period immediately prior to December 1 of the calendar year prior to the calendar year of the HSA).
