EFFECTIVENESS OF PRIOR EVALUATIONS. Nothing contained in this Article shall be deemed to affect the validity of any evaluation commenced or completed prior to the date of execution of this Agreement or be deemed to affect the validity of any personnel action taken on the basis of such evaluation.
