Effects Upon Termination on Landowners’ Obligations. Termination of this Agreement as to Landowners shall not affect any of Landowners’ obligations to comply with the City General Plan and the terms of any conditions of any applicable zoning, or subdivision map or other land use entitlements approved with respect to the Property.
