Efficient Use of Resources. Provider shall take commercially reasonable actions (i) to efficiently administer, manage, operate and use the resources employed by Provider to provide and perform the Services that are chargeable to Company under this Agreement, and (ii) to diligently and continuously improve the performance and delivery of the Services by Provider and the elements of the policies, processes, procedures and system that are used by Provider to perform and deliver the Services, including, without limitation, re-engineering, tuning or optimizing the processes, procedures and systems used to perform, deliver and track the Services.
