RENEWAL AND EXPIRATION. Replace Section 2.6(a) with the following:
RENEWAL AND EXPIRATION. ISSC agrees to notify ADVO whether it desires to renew this Agreement and of the proposed prices and terms to govern such renewal not less than 18 months prior to the expiration of the Term. If ISSC notifies ADVO that it desires to renew this Agreement, ADVO agrees to inform ISSC in writing whether it desires to renew not less than six months prior to the expiration of the Term. If ADVO notifies ISSC that it desires to renew the Agreement, but the Parties are unable to agree upon renewal prices, terms and conditions as of six months prior to the expiration of the Term, this Agreement will be extended for one year at the then current prices, terms and conditions. If the Parties are unable to reach agreement on renewal during such extension period, this Agreement will expire at the end of such extension period.

ISSC shall notify Flagstar in writing, whether it desires to renew this Agreement and of the proposed prices and terms to govern such renewal not less than twenty-four (24) calendar months prior to the expiration of the Term. If ISSC notifies Flagstar that it desires to renew this Agreement, Flagstar agrees to inform ISSC in writing whether it desires to renew not less than fourteen (14) calendar months prior to the expiration of the Term. If Flagstar notifies ISSC that it desires to renew the Agreement, but the Parties are unable to agree upon renewal prices, terms and conditions as of six (6) months prior to the expiration of the Term, this Agreement will be extended for one (1) year at the then-current prices, terms and conditions. If the Parties are unable to reach agreement on renewal during such extension period, this Agreement will expire at the end of such extension period.
RENEWAL AND EXPIRATION. If MCI elects to renew this Agreement, the Parties shall review and if necessary, adjust the pricing so that rates provide NextWave *___*. Any new pricing will be adjusted to reflect expected system usage during such renewal period. If MCI notifies NextWave that it desires to renew the Agreement, but the Parties are unable to agree upon renewal prices, terms and conditions as of six (6) months prior to the expiration of the Term, this Agreement will be extended for two (2) years from the expiration of the Term at the then current prices, terms and conditions in order for MCI to transition Subscribers from the Network. If the Parties are unable to reach agreement on renewal during such transition period, this Agreement will expire at the end of such transition period.

IBM agrees to notify OTI whether it desires to renew this Agreement and of the proposed prices, terms and conditions to govern such renewal not less than 12 months prior to the expiration of the Term. If IBM notifies OTI that it desires to renew this Agreement, OTI agrees to inform IBM in writing whether it desires to renew this Agreement not less than nine months prior to the expiration of the Term. If OTI notifies IBM that it desires to renew the Agreement, but the Parties are unable to agree upon renewal prices, terms and conditions as of six months prior to the expiration of the Term, this Agreement will be extended for one year at the then current prices, terms and conditions (the "Extension Period"). If the Parties are unable to reach agreement upon renewal prices, terms and conditions during the Extension Period, this Agreement will expire at the end of the Extension Period.
RENEWAL AND EXPIRATION. (i) Apart from the above conditions the parties shall have the right to renew this Agreement upon mutual agreement, and it shall continue in effect for so long as there is a SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT in effect. Unless specifically provided otherwise, the term of a SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT, and NeoRx Corporation's right to use the services specified in such SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT, shall begin on the commencement date specified in Section 12 and continue in effect for the term stated in the SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT. Thereafter, the parties shall have the right to renew, upon mutual agreement, a SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT for successive renewal terms of duration equal to the original agreement.
RENEWAL AND EXPIRATION a) Advantis agrees to notify DWD in writing whether it desires to renew this Amended Agreement and of the proposed prices and terms to govern such renewal not less than 18 months prior to the expiration of the Term. If Advantis so notifies DWD that it desires to renew this Amended Agreement, DWD agrees to inform Advantis in writing whether it desires to renew not less than 12 months prior to the expiration of the Term. Failure by either Advantis or DWD to provide notice at the time specified above shall be deemed to be notice of intent not to renew this Amended Agreement. If either DWD or Advantis does not wish to renew this Amended Agreement, it shall expire at the end of the Term. If both Advantis and DWD desire to renew this Amended Agreement but are unable to agree upon renewal prices, terms and conditions no later than six months prior to the expiration of the Term, DWD may elect to extend this Amended Agreement for one year at the prices, terms and conditions in effect during the last year of the Term. If Advantis and DWD are unable to reach agreement on renewal during such extension period, if any, this Amended Agreement will expire at the end of such extension period.

ISSC shall notify CHMS in writing, whether it desires to renew this Agreement and of the proposed prices and terms to govern such renewal not less than sixteen (16) months prior to the expiration of the Term. If ISSC notifies CHMS that it desires to renew this Agreement, CHMS agrees to inform ISSC in writing whether it desires to renew not less than nine (9) months prior to the expiration of the Term. If CHMS notifies ISSC that it desires to renew the Agreement, but the Parties are unable to agree upon renewal prices, terms and conditions as of six (6) months prior to the expiration of the Term, this Agreement will be extended for one (1) year at the then-current prices, terms and conditions. If the Parties are unable to reach agreement on renewal during such extension period, this Agreement will expire at the end of such extension period.
RENEWAL AND EXPIRATION. Customer shall have the option to renew this Master Agreement for up to two (2) additional periods of one (1) year each, by delivering written notice of each such renewal to Supplier at least ninety (90) days before expiration of the then-current Term. Following issuance of said renewal notice, Customer and Supplier will enter good faith negotiations to establish the Service Levels and pricing structure for the next renewal period. If Customer elects not to renew or if the Parties fail to agree to the Service Levels and pricing structure in a signed writing by midnight of the scheduled Service Termination Date, such failure will trigger an automatic Termination Transition Term, at the then-existing pricing structure and Service Levels for an additional one hundred eighty (180) days. All Termination Assistance will be performed within such Termination Transition Term, pursuant to the provisions of Section 19.6.
