EG Officers Bargaining Unit. All school-based full-time personnel employed by the District of Columbia Public Schools who are rendering educational, technical and administrative support services in EG classifications 11 and 12 as identified in PERB Certifications No. 19 and 51, PERB Case No. 82-R-19 and 88-R-06, excluding management executives, supervisors, confidential employees, any employees engaged in personnel work other than in purely clerical capacities and employees engaged in administering the provisions of Subchapter XVII, Title 1, Section 617 of the D.C. Official Code, 2001 edition. The bargaining unit consists of employees with the following official titles: Administrative Officer Business Manager Coordinator Specialist
