EIM Participating Resources. The EIM Participating Resource has identified on Schedule 1 all EIM Participating Resources that it owns, operates, has a contractual entitlement to, or that otherwise will be included in the Master File.
EIM Participating Resources. (i) Calculation. For EIM Participating Resources and an EIM Entity Balancing Authority Area’s dynamic import/export schedules with external resources, the CAISO will calculate Uninstructed Imbalance Energy as the algebraic difference between the 5-minute meter data and the dispatch trajectory between consecutive 5-minute dispatches, taking into account the applicable resource ramp rate.
