Meter Data. Seller hereby agrees to provide all meter data to Buyer in a form acceptable to Buyer, and consents to Buyer obtaining from the CAISO the CAISO meter data applicable to the Project and all inspection, testing and calibration data and reports. Seller shall grant Buyer the right to retrieve the meter readings from the CAISO Operational Meter Analysis and Reporting website and directly from the meter(s) at the Site.

Meter Data. Within ten (10) days of the Effective Date, Seller may request the Interconnection Provider or Transmission Provider in writing in a form similar to that found in Exhibit 9.5 to provide any and all meter or other data associated with the Facility or Net Output directly to PacifiCorp. Should Seller refuse to provide a release similar to that found in Exhibit 9.5, Seller shall establish a mechanism at its expense that allows PacifiCorp, in its merchant function, to obtain all necessary meter and other data to fully perform and verify Seller’s performance under this Agreement. Notwithstanding any other provision hereof, PacifiCorp shall have the right to provide such data to any Electric System Authority.
Meter Data. Provider shall gather and maintain the data from all meters, including but not limited to, interval data registered at least once every fifteen (15) minutes (“Meter Data”), and shall make such Meter Data promptly available to Purchaser at Purchaser’s request.
Meter Data. Counterparty authorizes PacifiCorp’s metering services organization to provide Counterparty’s meter data directly to WREGIS in the form of the Monthly Generation Extract File. Counterparty authorizes PacifiCorp to gather data from the Points of Metering listed in Exhibit A. Meter Data. Customer shall provide NCPA access to settlement quality meter data from loads and resources scheduled and Bid by NCPA for Customer under this Agreement, and to maintain such meters and metering equipment in accordance with the standards and requirements as set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
Meter Data. (a) The Participant hereby consents to the DSO accessing the Meter remotely or having one of its Representatives attend the Site to access the Meter during the Commitment Period for the purposes of settlement and calculating the Monthly Payment. (b) For Contracted DERs that are Demand Response Resources with multiple Connection Points, the Meter used for performance assessment in Test Activations or Test Deployments and for settlement purposes under this Contract shall be the meter that measures the Reduction of Energy by the Contracted DER, and for clarity, any meter associated with Delivering Energy will be recorded as zero for the purposes of the Contract. (c) For Contracted DERs that are Thermal Resources or Storage Resources with multiple Connection Points, the Meter used for performance assessment in Test Activations or Test Deployments and for settlement purposes under this Contract shall be the meter that measures the Delivery of Energy by the Contracted DER, and for clarity, any meter associated with Reducing Energy will be recorded as zero for the purposes of the Contract.
Meter Data a) The MDM shall accept input, process, store, and analyze Meter data from HES and meter data collected through handheld meter reading instruments and manual meter reads. In case of manual reads, provision should be there to insert associated notes such as assessed energy, etc. It would responsibility of AMISP for manual meter reading in case of any communication failure, etc. with seven (7) days of such failure. b) The MDM should accept input, process, store, and analyze non-billing meter data such voltage and power quality data (such as under/over voltage, out of band frequency, etc.) as they are available from HES. The MDM should also support schedule and on-demand meter reads and pinging of meter energized states by authorized users and by other utility systems. c) The MDM shall provide storage and retrieval of all collected Meter Data, events and alarm. It shall have capacity of storing 5 years data or more (as required by the utility) via archiving. d) The archiving of data should be done at a frequency of x and all data older than x days/hours should be archived. XXXXX’s solution should describe the process of archiving and restoration from the archive. e) Correctly track & resolve energy usage across meter changes with no loss of individual meter data. f) Provide complete history and audit trail for all data collected from meters including commands sent to meters and other devices for 30 days (configurable period). g) Execute on-demand read processes. h) Handle special metering configurations such as net metering/pre-paid metering/multiple meters at same premises. i) The MDM shall have the ability to manage at a minimum 5-minute interval data. j) The AMISP shall ensure data integrity checks on all metered data received from data collection systems.
