Election Supplies. The Contracting Officer shall procure, prepare, and distribute to the presiding judges for use at the polling locations on Election Day and the Early Voting Ballot Board (and to the Deputy Early Voting Clerks during Early Voting) the following election supplies: election kits from third-party vendors (including the appropriate envelopes, sample ballots, lists, forms, name tags, posters, and signage described in Chapters 51, 61, and 62, and Subchapter B of Chapter 66 of the Texas Election Code); pens; pencils; tape; markers; paper clips; ballot box seals; sample ballots; tacks, and all consumable-type office supplies necessary to hold an election.
