COORDINATED ELECTION OFFICIAL. The County Clerk and Recorder shall act as the CEO in accordance with the Code and Rules and, as such, shall conduct the election for the Jurisdiction.

COORDINATED ELECTION OFFICIAL. County Clerk shall act as the Coordinated Election Official (“CEO”) in accordance with Title 1 of the Colorado Revised Statutes and the Colorado Secretary of State Election Rules for the relevant year of the Election for the relevant year of Election and shall conduct Election for City.
