ELECTRIC SERVICE BILLING DETERMINATIONS. LADWP shall bill Customer for Electric Service after the end of each billing period. The bill shall be calculated using the applicable rate(s) in the appropriate rate schedule(s) in the applicable Rate Ordinance(s) or rate contract(s) and recorded billing data that shall consist of metered values deemed required by LADWP. The recorded billing data shall be obtained from LADWP revenue meters and recorders.

ELECTRIC SERVICE BILLING DETERMINATIONS. 9.1 LADWP shall xxxx Seller after the end of each billing period for Electric Service. The xxxx shall be calculated using the applicable rates described in the appropriate rate schedule in the Electric Rate Ordinance and recorded billing data that shall consist of metered values deemed required by LADWP. The recorded billing data shall be obtained from LADWP dual channel meters and recorders. The xxxx shall also include any unpaid costs associated with the installation of telemetering equipment specified in Subsection 6.2. Seller shall send the payment to the address specified in Subsection 10.2.

  • Interconnection Customer Compensation If the CAISO requests or directs the Interconnection Customer to provide a service pursuant to Articles 9.6.3 (Payment for Reactive Power) or 13.5.1 of this LGIA, the CAISO shall compensate the Interconnection Customer in accordance with the CAISO Tariff.

  • Building Commissioning Services The Owner may provide as a part of its testing services the Building Commissioning services involving the project’s HVAC and exhaust systems, temperature control systems, fire detection and alarm systems, emergency power and lighting system, fire suppression system, security locks and security locking control systems, food service equipment (if applicable), and laundry equipment (if applicable). In the event the Using Agency’s Program specifies additional commissioning services, the Owner shall procure such services as well. The Owner, through its Executive Administrator, may engage an independent Commissioning Authority. It is the intent of this Article that the Commissioning Authority enforce the requirements mentioned herein and certify that the systems and equipment listed all function properly prior to the initiation of each final inspection.

  • Interconnection Service Interconnection Service allows the Interconnection Customer to connect the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and be eligible to deliver the Large Generating Facility’s output using the available capacity of the CAISO Controlled Grid. To the extent the Interconnection Customer wants to receive Interconnection Service, the Participating TO shall construct facilities identified in Appendices A and C that the Participating TO is responsible to construct. Interconnection Service does not necessarily provide the Interconnection Customer with the capability to physically deliver the output of its Large Generating Facility to any particular load on the CAISO Controlled Grid without incurring congestion costs. In the event of transmission constraints on the CAISO Controlled Grid, the Interconnection Customer's Large Generating Facility shall be subject to the applicable congestion management procedures in the CAISO Tariff in the same manner as all other resources.

  • Interconnection Customer Provided Services The services provided by Interconnection Customer under this LGIA are set forth in Article 9.6 and Article 13.5.1. Interconnection Customer shall be paid for such services in accordance with Article 11.6.

  • Scope of Interconnection Service 1.3.1 The NYISO will provide Energy Resource Interconnection Service to Interconnection Customer at the Point of Interconnection.
