ELECTRICAL, CELLULAR AND INTERNET SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS. Neither CPI nor Subscriber shall have any liability whatsoever to the other with respect to damages caused by: (i) electrical outages, power surges, xxxxx-outs, utility load management or any other similar electrical service interruptions, whatever the cause; (ii) interruptions in wireless or cellular service linking Charging Stations to ChargePoint; (iii) interruptions attributable to unauthorized ChargePoint Network intrusions; (iv) interruptions in services provided by any Internet service provider not affiliated with CPI; or (v) the inability of a Charging Station to access ChargePoint as a result of any change in product offerings (including, without limitation, the any network upgrade or introduction of any “next generation” services) by any wireless or cellular carrier. This includes the loss of data resulting from such electrical, wireless, cellular or Internet service interruptions.

  • Service Interruption Except where there exists an emergency situation necessitating a more expeditious procedure, the Licensee may interrupt Service for the purpose of repairing or testing the Cable Television System only during periods of minimum use and, when practical, only after a minimum of forty- eight (48) hours notice to all affected Subscribers.

  • Classroom Interruptions Classroom interruptions shall be kept to a minimum. Principals shall establish schedules for the use of the intercom services in each school, including staff use.   • Downtime Each of Zero Hash and ZHLS uses commercially reasonable efforts to provide the Services in a reliable and secure manner. From time to time, interruptions, errors, delays, or other deficiencies in providing the Services may occur due to a variety of factors, some of which are outside of Zero Hash’s and/or ZHLS’ control, and some which may require or result in scheduled maintenance or unscheduled downtime of the Services (collectively, “Downtime”). You understand and acknowledge that part or all of the Services may be unavailable during any such period of Downtime, and you acknowledge that Zero Hash and ZHLS are not liable or responsible to you for any inconvenience or losses to you as a result of Downtime. Following Downtime, you further understand and acknowledge that the prevailing market prices of cryptocurrency may differ significantly from the prices prior to such Downtime.
