Loss of Data definition

Loss of Data means the physical or electronic or other loss or destruction or alteration or loss of use, whether permanent or temporary, of or damage to Data, in whole or in part, including, but not limited to loss of Data resulting from loss or damage to Computer and Electronic Equipment or Data Storage Materials, including while stored on Data Storage Materials.
Loss of Data means the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to Data;
Loss of Data means a loss of or corruption to data or programs held or used by or on behalf of the Customer;

More Definitions of Loss of Data

Loss of Data means an instance where a file being processed for the Program conversion cannot be saved or is corrupted to the point that it is not accessible.
