Electrical Power is Required. Our Services use electrical power in your home. If your power is interrupted, you may not be able to make or receive calls, use 911, home security or medical monitoring services. If you so request, we will provide you with a battery backup for a fee. A battery backup does not guarantee you will be able to make or receive calls or use 911 in the event of a power interruption. Additionally, calls may not be completed if there is a problem with network facilities, including network congestion, network/equipment/power failure, or any other technical or service issue. You may be unable to use our phone service to call 911 in these instances.
