Home Security. The Company shall require the Executive to obtain and maintain an appropriate home security system to provide security for the Executive at home in the Denver area and the Company shall reimburse the Executive for reasonable costs associated with the installation and maintenance of a home security system.
Home Security. You shall be eligible for home security on an as-needed basis, consistent with Company policy as in effect from time to time.
Home Security. CP&L will install a home security system at Xxxxx' ------------- home residence.
Home Security. 3.1 A risk assessment is to be carried out in respect of the property of the Chief Constable, without delay and appropriate reasonable security provision carried out at the cost of the Police and Crime Commissioner. Quotations for the security work should be provided to the Police and Crime Commissioner for approval prior to expenditure being incurred.
Home Security. During the Term, the Company shall pay the reasonable expenses for Executive of a security guard for Executive’s home when Executive is away from home on business.
Home Security. The Company shall require the Executive to obtain and maintain an appropriate home security system to provide security for the Executive and the Company shall reimburse the Executive for reasonable costs associated with the installation and maintenance of a home security system. To the extent that the benefits under this subparagraph 4(h) result in taxable income to the Executive, the Company will pay the Executive an amount such that the Executive shall have no after-tax cost for the deemed income and this tax payment.
Home Security. You may continue to receive home security through the end of the annual contract period.
Home Security. Employee agrees to allow the dismantling and removal of the home security system which has been installed in his homes which is the property of the Company. The Company will coordinate with Employee on a mutually convenient time for the work to be performed, but in no event later than March 31, 2011,subject to ADT’s schedule. The Company will have no further liability for the monitoring or maintenance of those systems after the Termination Date except that it will pay any appropriate invoices received within 30 days of the removal, for reasonable costs incurred in repairing damage caused by the removal, if any. 2.
Home Security. It is Xxxxxx’s responsibility to securely lock the Property when no adult Occupants are at the Property. This requirement includes all of the Property’s doors and common area doors (including the front and back doors) and any applicable windows, and it also applies upon check-out.
Home Security. CP&L will install a home security system at XxXxxxx'x personal residence.
