Electronic Media Storage. The Contractor shall provide, in addition to the Physical Storage section, a specific location within the storage warehouse appropriate for electronic storage media. Electronic storage media may include, but not be limited to the following singular items: compact discs, DVDs, tapes, films, hard drives, flash drives, cartridges, etc. The storage location within the warehouse shall be conditioned appropriately for electronic storage media to protect such items from damage and degradation.

  • Electronic Media 10.5.1 Where this Agreement or referenced provisions in the Contract Documents require the Project Consultant to provide information or documents in either electronic or magnetic media, the preparation and format of that media shall conform to the Owner's Electronic Media Submittal Requirements (Attachment 3 to this Agreement).
