Electronic or Facsimile Signatures. This Agreement may be executed by electronic or facsimile signatures, each of which will be deemed an original and will be binding upon each of the undersigned as if signed in the original.
Electronic or Facsimile Signatures. Execution and delivery of this Agreement by electronic exchange or facsimile bearing the copies of a party’s signature shall constitute a valid and binding execution and delivery of this Agreement by such party.
Electronic or Facsimile Signatures. In order to expedite the transaction contemplated herein, electronic or facsimile signatures may be used in place of original signatures on this Agreement. Seller and Purchaser intend to be bound by the signatures on the electronic or facsimile document, are aware that the other party will rely on the electronic or facsimile signatures and hereby waive any defenses to the enforcement of the terms of this Agreement based on the form of signature.
Electronic or Facsimile Signatures. Signatures to this Agreement transmitted by telecopy or electronic transmission (pdf) shall be valid and effective to bind the party so signing. Each party to this Agreement shall be bound by its own telecopied or electronically transmitted signature and shall accept the telecopied or electronically transmitted signature of the other party to this Agreement.
