Common use of Electronic Patient Care Reporting Clause in Contracts

Electronic Patient Care Reporting. A. Contractor will be required to provide electronic patient care record data, in compliance with MVEMSA policy, pursuant to California Health and Safety Code section 1797.227 and approved by the MVEMSA Medical Director, for patient documentation on all EMS system. The ePCR shall be accurately completed to include all information required by MVEMSA and California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 9, Chapter 4, Section 100170 and 100171.
