Electronic –Procurement. (a) Purchasing shall be conducted through the Statewide E-Procurement Service. The State’s third party agent shall serve as the Supplier Manager for this E-Procurement Service. The Vendor shall register for the Statewide E-Procurement Service within two (2) business days of notification of award in order to receive an electronic purchase order resulting from award of this contract.
