Electronic Registry of Eligible Employees (Registrants. (a) Employees covered by the agreement are eligible for listing on the system-wide registry if they are regular employees who have received notice of layoff or who have been laid off. (b) Laid-off employees will become ineligible in the following situations: (1) They are recalled or appointed to an equivalent position at the institution from which they were laid-off; (2) They obtain an equivalent position as a result of being listed on the system-wide registry; or (3) Upon the expiration of the employee's recall rights, or two (2) years from the date of registration, whichever is later.
