Common use of Electronic Services Clause in Contracts

Electronic Services. (a) Subject to clause 25.6 all warranties, express and implied, as to the description, quality, performance or fitness of the purposes for you of the Electronic Services or any component of such Electronic Services are disclaimed and excluded. (b) We do not warrant or forecast that the Electronic Services or any component of any Electronic Services or any services performed in respect of any such Electronic Services will meet the requirements of any user, or that the operation of the Electronic Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any services performed in respect of the Electronic Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
