Common use of Electronic Visit Verification Clause in Contracts

Electronic Visit Verification. (EVV) – means an electronic system that verifies when service provision occurs by documenting six points of data; type of service performed, individual reviewing the service, date of service, location of service delivery, individual providing the service, and time the service begins and ends. EVV solutions shall verify the: a) type of service performed, ; b) individual reviewing receiving the service, ; c) date of the service, ; d) location of service delivery, ; e) individual providing the service, services; and f) time the service begins and ends. EVV is referenced in subsection 5.2.
