Common use of Electronic Wallet or e-Wallet Clause in Contracts

Electronic Wallet or e-Wallet. Since the SECOND PARTY operator would be authorized to deliver all the Government, Quasi Government and Private Services, including receipt of all Government Receipts and Utility/ ULB payments, the SECOND PARTY would be required to maintain an amount of 2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only) in the e- Wallet as per requirement of the service.
