Common use of Elevator Clause in Contracts

Elevator. Landlord shall provide passenger elevator facilities on business days from 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. and shall have one passenger elevator in the bank of elevators servicing the Premises available at all other times. Landlord shall provide freight elevator services on an "as available" basis for incidental use by Tenant from 8:00 A.M. through 12:00 Noon and from 1:00 P.M. through 5:00 P.M. on business days only. Any extended use may be arranged with Landlord's prior consent and Tenant shall pay as additional rent all building standard charges therefor.

Any extended use may be arranged with Landlord's prior consent and Tenant shall pay as additional rent all building standard charges therefor.

Additionally, Landlord hereby grants to Tenant from 8:00 A.M. through 12:00 Noon and from 1:00 P.M. through 5:00 P.M. on business days only. Any extended use may be arranged with Landlord's prior consent and Tenant shall pay as additional rent all building standard charges thereforovertime freight elevator usage, free of charge, during Xxxxxx’s initial move into the Building.

Landlord shall provide freight elevator services on an "as available" basis for incidental use by Tenant from 8:00 A.M. through 12:00 Noon and from 1:00 P.M. through 5:00 P.M. on business days onlyTenant. Any extended use may be arranged with Landlord's prior consent and Tenant shall pay as additional rent all building standard charges therefor.

Landlord shall provide freight elevator services on an "as available" basis for incidental use by Tenant from 8:00 A.M. through 12:00 Noon during said business hours at Building-standard rates. Subject to the Building’s Rules and from 1:00 P.M. through 5:00 P.M. on business days only. Any extended Regulations, Landlord shall provide Tenant with the use may be arranged with Landlord's prior consent and Tenant shall pay as additional rent all building standard charges thereforof the Building’s freight elevators for up to eight (8) hours for Tenant’s initial move-in without charge to Tenant.

Landlord shall provide passenger elevator facilities on service to the Premises during business days from 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. hours, and Landlord shall have at least one passenger elevator in the bank of elevators servicing the Premises available subject to call at all other times. If Tenant requires freight elevator service at any time, or more than one passenger elevator at any time other than during business hours, Landlord shall provide freight elevator services on an "as available" basis for incidental use by Tenant furnish such service upon not less than 48 hours' advance notice from 8:00 A.M. through 12:00 Noon and from 1:00 P.M. through 5:00 P.M. on business days only. Any extended use may be arranged with Landlord's prior consent Tenant, and Tenant shall pay as additional rent all building standard to Landlord on demand Landlord's then established charges therefor.. The use of the elevators shall be subject to the Rules and Regulations. WINDOW CLEANING:
