Common use of Eligibility and Employer Contribution Clause in Contracts

Eligibility and Employer Contribution. The District will contribute up to the following amounts to the coverage selected by eligible employees regularly scheduled to work six (6) hours or more per day and 30 hours per week (for eligibility for part-time employees working less than six (6) hours per days or 30 hours per week, see Section 11.10):

Employees scheduled to work four (4) hours but less than six (6) hours (.5-.7499 FTE) will receive half the full-time benefit contributions below.
