ELIGIBILITY COMMITTEE AND REGISTRAR. 3.2.1 The Eligibility Committee shall be composed of six persons appointed as follows: (a) four persons appointed by the Dogrib Treaty 11 Council except that any appointments after the effective date are to be made by the Tåîchô Government; and (b) two persons appointed by the Deputy Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development. 3.2.2 Before the end of the initial enrolment period, the Tåîchô Government shall designate a person or group of persons as the registrar. 3.2.3 The Eligibility Committee is dissolved upon the designation of the person or group of persons, as registrar, by the Tåîchô Government under 3.2.2. From the effective date, until it is dissolved, the Eligibility Committee shall perform the functions of the registrar. If it is dissolved while any appeal under 3.4 is pending, the Committee shall finalize its decision on the appeal as if it had not been dissolved. 3.2.4 The Eligibility Committee and the registrar shall determine its own procedures and rules which shall be in accordance with the principles of natural justice.
