Eligibility Criteria for Salary Increases. 2.1 Employees are eligible for the increases referenced in this article unless an employee has a current performance appraisal evaluation rating of not meeting performance standards in effect on the date salary increases are implemented. 2.2 Employees are eligible for the increases referenced in this article if they were employed in a regular position on June 30, 2019, and continuously employed until the administration of the increases. 2.3 Employees who have given notice of a resignation or received notice of termination of employment prior to the implementation of such salary increases shall be ineligible.
