Eligibility/Definition of Short-Term Leaves. Short-Term Leaves of Absence (leaves of thirty (30) calendar days or less) may be granted to any unit member. Short-term leaves that are FMLA/CFRA qualifying shall run concurrently with leave allowed under these acts.
