Eligibility for benefits post-retirement is limited to. i. Employees hired into the Bargaining Unit on or before September 15, 2006; ii. Employees hired into the Bargaining Unit between September 16, 2006 and March 15, 2010, inclusive, and who have at least 10 years cumulative service with the University as of the date of retirement; and iii. Employees hired into the Bargaining Unit on or after March 16, 2010, in accordance with the terms of the Letter of Understanding regarding the Post Retirement Benefit Co-Pay Program.
